摘要：本文主要論述臺達變頻器、PLC、HMI產(chǎn)品在多功能旋壓機控制系統(tǒng)的應用原理， 在該系統(tǒng)中，變頻器驅動主軸電機的旋轉；PLC以RS-485通訊方式調節(jié)主軸（變頻器）的轉速，PLC模擬量擴展模塊用于控制液壓缸的壓力和流量，編碼器獲取左側液壓缸以及右側液壓缸的當前位置信號，HMI監(jiān)控旋壓機的運行狀態(tài)以及警報信息，展示了臺達自動化產(chǎn)品的系統(tǒng)集成優(yōu)勢。 敘詞：VFD-B變頻器/DVP80EH2主機/DVP04PT溫度模塊/DVP04DA模塊/DVP06XA模塊 Abstract：This article mainly explains the application theory of Deltas inverterPLCHMI products in Multi-function Spinning Machine.
