摘要:文章研究了推挽正激軟開關(guān)電路實(shí)現(xiàn)的條件與方法,提出了三種軟開關(guān)諧振網(wǎng)絡(luò),簡(jiǎn)單介紹了軟開關(guān)電路的工作原理;并從能量的角度對(duì)各個(gè)諧振網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了分析比較,說明了各自的特點(diǎn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)地給出了各方案下的諧振參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則。最后根據(jù)理論分析設(shè)計(jì)并研制了一臺(tái)76V/1000W(80KHz)的原理樣機(jī)。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性和各方案的可行性,該電路在低壓大電流場(chǎng)合具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。

Abstract:The condition and method are studied in this paper for dealing with achieving the ZCS&ZCT. Meanwhile, introduce three kinds of resonant network; analyze their work principle simply and respective characters according to the tank current energy. Design guidance of the network parameters are given in detail based on analysis above and the critical parameters are identified. In the end, The operation, analysis, features and design considerations are illustrated and verified on a 76V/1KW 80KHZ MOSFET based experimental circuit. It brings about good prospect in low voltage /high current applied field.
