5kW光伏逆變電源DC-DC模塊的設(shè)計(jì)

摘要：介紹了5kW光伏逆變電源直流模塊主電路和控制電路的設(shè)計(jì)，對主變壓器、主開關(guān)管、輸出二極管和諧振電容、電感參數(shù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算，得出了仿真波形。
